What to Expect:

• You’ll receive a confirmation email after submitting this form.

• Your Welcome Packet, Packing Guide, arrival instructions, and trip planning details will be sent approximately 10 days before arrival.

• You’ll receive a personalized link to finalize your reservation and select your preferred experience package.

• Your remaining balance and any selected upgrades will be completed through a secure checkout and are due one week prior to your trip.

• All guests will stay together in a private group setting with access to shared campground amenities and beautiful mountain surroundings.

• Exact location and driving directions will be shared in advance of arrival.
